hairlesstube takes copyright matters seriously and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe your protected work has been posted here without permission, you may file a takedown request through our contact form. We will evaluate all properly submitted notices and act quickly.

Filing a DMCA Notice

A complete notice must contain the following information:

  1. Your contact information
Full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  2. Description of the copyrighted material
Identify the work you claim ownership of. If several works are affected, a representative list is acceptable.
  3. Location of infringing content
The exact URL(s) on hairlesstube where the infringing material appears.
  4. Good faith statement
A declaration that you believe the use of the content is not authorized by the rights holder, their agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy statement
Confirm, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is correct and that you are the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
  6. Signature
An electronic or physical signature. Typing your full name will be accepted for electronic submissions.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification using our contact form. It must include:

  1. Your full contact details.
  2. Identification of the content removed and its previous location on hairlesstube.
  3. A sworn statement that the removal was due to error or misidentification.
  4. Your agreement to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the U.S., the courts where hairlesstube operates) and acceptance of service of process from the original complainant.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Once we receive a valid counter-notice, the content may be restored within 10 business days unless we are informed that a lawsuit has been filed.

Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly violate copyright law risk account suspension or termination. Infringing material may also be removed without prior notice.

False or Misleading Claims

Submitting false notices or counter-notices is prohibited and may result in liability for damages and attorney fees. If uncertain, please consult a lawyer before filing.
